Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chart Equity ("the Service"), operated by Vault Media Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Ownership & Operation

Chart Equity is a brand and product owned and operated by Vault Media Inc. The website located at chartequity.com, the associated YouTube channel @ChartEquity, all related social media accounts, and all content published through these channels are the property of Vault Media Inc. All references to "Chart Equity" in these Terms refer to the platform, products, and services operated by Vault Media Inc.

Description of Service

Chart Equity is an educational and informational platform that provides market data, stock analysis tools, financial calculators, investing courses, daily market briefings, a newsletter, community features (including a Discord server), and other educational resources. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service may include both free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features and content.

Community & Discord

Chart Equity may provide access to community features including a Discord server. By participating in our community, you acknowledge and agree:

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase) through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

  • ●You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal
  • ●Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time
  • ●All payments are final and non-refundable
  • ●Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • ●Lifetime purchases are non-recurring but are still subject to these Terms and may be revoked for violations
  • ●Failed payments may result in suspension of access to paid features

Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or early cancellation of a subscription. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged amounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on Chart Equity — including but not limited to articles, courses, videos, lessons, data visualizations, tools, calculators, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by Vault Media Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without express written permission from Vault Media Inc. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for your own educational purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. This includes but is not limited to our third-party data providers, payment processor (Stripe), community platform (Discord), and any external resources linked from our content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAULT MEDIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INVESTMENT VALUE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, VAULT MEDIA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION, DATA, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (B) ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS YOU MAKE; (C) ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN MARKET DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION; (D) INTERRUPTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE; OR (E) ANY ACTIONS OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. VAULT MEDIA INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. ALL FINANCIAL DATA IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR CONTAIN ERRORS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vault Media Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; (d) any investment or financial decisions you make; or (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Vault Media Inc.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that arbitration is not applicable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The failure of Vault Media Inc. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on Chart Equity, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vault Media Inc. regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
